The level 2 teacher training course will be offered in 2011.
This year our continuing education focus will be the Yoga Therapy Course.
The Level 2 teacher training runs from July-October,
1st and 3rd
Thursdays of each month
Open to all Yoga Teachers.
Location:
The Beautiful Nataraja Yoga Temple, situated on 30 acres in the
Sunshine Coast Hinterland.
The course includes:
In-depth study of Yoga Asana, including hands-on adjustments for yoga
teachers.
Therapeutic applications of Yoga Asana.
Pranayama and Meditation techniques.
How to teach Pranayama.
How to teach Meditation.
Deepening your understanding of Yoga Philosophy
And how it applies to your life.
The cost is $750 including all instruction, study materials, and
delicious ayurvedic lunch.
